Honey Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 450 g chicken thighs
  • A small amount of neutral oil
  • Honey, to taste
  • Taco seasoning and black pepper
  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • Low-fat shredded cheese
  • Sliced red onion
  • Spinach

Method

  1. Coat the chicken thighs with a little oil, taco seasoning, black pepper, and honey.
  2. Air fry at 199°C for 15 minutes, turning once, until the thickest piece reaches 74°C.
  3. Rest briefly, slice, and divide among warm tortillas with cheese, red onion, and spinach.
  4. Fold tightly and air fry for 3–4 minutes, until the tortillas are crisp.
  5. Eat one now and cool the extras promptly.

Counterbook note

The source says the wraps keep refrigerated for a week. Counterbook uses the safer 3–4 day refrigerated window; freeze later portions and reheat at 177°C for 5–10 minutes.
